MICHAEL WUNDER
CEO/Sales/Tech Support
Mike was born and raised in Central California. He has been living in the Bay Area since 1996 when he started his career as a lighting representative. He graduated from UCSB with a BFA in Lighitng design and is excited to see how the lighting industry continues to change.
DAVID WEST
Associate/Sales Manager/Tech Support
David was raised in Walnut Creek, CA and has a Theatrical Design degree from USC. He continues to be involved with the theatre industry and is excited to bring the design and art from the theatre world to the architectural and commercial lighting world.
JOHNNY HACKENKAMP
Technical Services Manager & Rigging Sales Specialist
Johnny was born and raised in the Bay Area. He graduated from Los Medanos College and worked as a machinist before landing at El Campanil Theater as the Production and Facilities Manager for 13 years. He is excited about the variety of projects he is now working on from commercial, theatre, and beyond.
CHRIS CURRIE
Technician
Chris was born and raised in the Bay Area. He worked for a variety of theatres and theatre companies getting a job as a full time Theatre Technician at the Lesher Center For The Arts in Walnut Creek. During his 11 years tenure he became the Master Electrician. Chris is excited to be working on a wide range of projects.
ALYSSA LOIACANO
Sales Associate
Alyssa grew up in Lake Forest Illinois and has known she wanted to work in lighting since she was fourteen years old. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan. In 2018 she moved to the Bay Area to work as a technician/sales support for another agency. She also holds a CALCTP-Acceptance Tester license. She is thrilled to be a part of the Wunder Team.
ROBERT BETSCH
Sales Associate
Robert was born in Southern California. His passion for Architecture and the Design Arts began when he was young. After graduating from ASU he moved to the Bay Area in 1997. His fire for lighitng was sparked when he found himself selling Architectural Lighting and Control Systems. After 25 years he enjoys the constantly evolving technologies of lighting & controls.
KATIE WUNDER
Administrative
Katie was born and raised in Moraga, CA. She graduated from St. Mary's College and worked for a number of years in the food industry as a marketing specialist. The lighting industry is exciting for her because she is continually learning new things. She also makes the Wunder Stollen that is WLC's holiday treat.
